Page Builder Not Accesible

Hello, I am building a site using the Vantage Theme and would like to utilize Site Origin Page Builder. I have downloaded and activated all of the recommended plugins, but when I go to create a page Site Origin page builder is not showing up on my screen. Any thoughts on what might be going…
