2.9.0 – Update rows no longer be full width.

One of our themes using page builder for full width rows looks like this on Page Builder Version 2.8.2 https://ibb.co/k8Zkt0 Upon updating to 2.9.0 It completely breaks the full width rows and brings into the width sizing of the content.
