Contact form gets destroyed on every single site change

Dear awesome staff at SiteOrigins! I am using the very well known Bridge-Theme with “WPBakery Page Builder” and your “”SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle”. On one page I am using your contact form. And it is sufficient to change the headline (for example) and the contact form gets destroyed. Example: https://imgur.com/a/oHsSW6u Thank you very much in advance
