Page jumping when clicking on Tabs.

I’m having in issue in Google Chrome with the page jumping around when I click on tabs. It doesn’t happen if the tabs are close to the top of the page but only when they’re in the middle of the page. It doesn’t jump around on Firefox or IE so I am not sure if…
