Hero Image height is cropped

Hi, I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with the hero image widget on janicegary.com. One is on the Home page, and one is on the Events and Media page. Both are cropping the height of the images… until you resize your browser window, and then they’re fine. What the heck?! The height is…
