Hi, I seem to be having a similar issue that I’ve seen posted around. The error code is popping up “Unknown error. Failed to load the form. Please check your internet connection, contact your web site administrator, or try again later.” I used the Duplicate Post add-on to, well, duplicate a post and save some…
