Optimal Image Size Dimensions for “Fitness Gym” Layout Hero Widget

Hi, What’s the optimal dimension for an image to be used in the Hero Widget? I’m having trouble finding an image dimension that scales appropriately when viewed on mobile, tablet, and desktop. Thanks!
