Pictures don’t change size now

Hello. I’ve got a pictures as a background in the page builder (hero image). Everything was perfect, pictures get smaller when resizing the window. But now they don’t. Now part of the picture gets out of the container on the small screens. What is wrong? Thanks! http://guiltyfood.ru/ojaxuri/
