No “Use” button under Layouts

I am trying to follow the video tutorial entitled “Creating a One Page Website in WordPress using SiteOrigin Page Builder.” When I reach the point of choosing a layout (“”Fitness Gym”” in the video), I see the layouts, as shown in the video, but there is no “Use” button under the layouts. Can someone explain…
