Page Builder will not load

Hi. I’m using the Phlox theme and installed the page builder plugin to create a gallery, per their recommended plugins. I’ve logged out, shut down my web browser and restarted it and nothing is changing. When I go to the page builder tab, it tries to load and then takes me back to a new…
