Vantage not updateing

Am trying to update to Vantage from 1.6.9 to the latestv 1.7.1. Just failing for multiple reasons. Update failed: Cant create folder …..x, y, z Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signatur Any Suggestions ?
