Columns collapsing into rows

Hi guys, Is it possible to achieve that N-column row adapts to smaller screens gradually, i.e. goes from N elements in one row to N-1 elements in first row and 1 element in 2nd row. I am trying to make a multicolumn row to adapt to mobile phone screen. However it seems to go from…
