Widgets not loading in the editor

Hi, For some reason, the widgets are not loading in the Page Builder editor. I’m running the last WordPress version, I’ve deactivated all other plugins but the Page Builder, my theme (Genesis) is completely compatible… so I’ve no idea on what can be wrong.
