How to customize the category pages

Hi, I’m using the Vantage theme, but I don’t like how the category page looks like. I would like to somehow define a template with Page Builder that would be used for every category page, so that whenever one goes to /category/categoryname, the page displayed is as per this template. Could someone explain to me…
