Using Tabs feature

I am tinkering with the free version, and using tabs. When I am on a tabbed page, I see choices “add media” Add Form” “Add Contact Form” Will the premium give me the full menu, i.e. so I can load other widgets and continue to design each page? In other words, while creating the tabbed…
