My default posts are posting white on white

I’ve finally worked out that the posts I am making are white on white, this is not something I’ve consciously changed. Please advise how I enusre that posts and page contents are black on white?

Im having problems getting my logo showing in UnWind, it was showing one moment and then next it isn’t. I have checked there is nothing in the masthead, what else should I do. The site is www.petiteaubergecarennac.com Many thanks Gerry
