Changing background on a single page Using WP 2016 theme

Have a WordPress 2016 Theme site: cryptogeddon.net Trying to change the About page background. It will not allow me too no matter what I’ve done. I’ve used the PageBuilder with no success. Does anyone have a fix for this: cryptogeddon.net/about. Thank you Paul
