Row Layout always in fullwidth stretched

Hi, I am using pagebuilder in custom theme that i am working on. While using Row Layout no matter what i choose the content always stays in fullwidth stretched format. http://silver-service.3dotslab.com/demo/ please check the 2 section below slider.
