Version / Cache problems

Hi, i were invited to a new project, whose first developer is not available anymore, so i do not know what happend. My problem is, that the siteorigin css files are available, but were not loaded, when link url contains a version attribute like “/wp-content/uploads/siteorigin-widgets/sow-image-default-813df796d9b1.css?ver=4.9.1” These occurs to all siteorigins css files in this directory…
