Page Builder Gaps at Top of Pages

Hero images that are usually the first thing/first row on most pages never stretch to the top of the page. They don’t overlay the row of text at the top (which would be my site name and then on the right side, the links to blog, contact page, etc.). I have a white/blank section at…
