Esty Shop plugin shortcode not working

Hello, I am trying to use the Etsy Shop plugin https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/etsy-shop/ with the page builder, but no matter what I try it just outputs the text of the shortcode. I have seen from other posts to try the custom HTML widget, or even just the text modes no the other editors, but nothing is helping…
