Make the lightbox popup a different image

Hi all, I’ve just downloaded this plugin to use the lightbox feature. I’m wondering if someone can tell me if/how the pop-up image can be a different image than the original hover over image?? This is being use for to show a restaurant’s menus – so I want to show an image icon, when clicked…
