One page scrolling not working on Chrome

Hi, I made a one-page website following your youtube instructions. However when I enter the site with Google Chrome and click on some menu e.g. “o nama” or “kontakt” it wont scroll to that section on the website. On Mozilla it works fine. I tried on 3 more computers and the problem is the same…
