Responsive Menu Not Working For Mobile

Hi, I just purchased the vantage premium to enable the mobile responsive menu, but for some reason it is not working. I tried deactivating all plugins to see if the error resolves but the problem did not resolve. I have deactivated sticky menus and enabled only Responsive menu with Responsive Text.
