Remove Masthead from North Baseline template and Add Contact form to Hero

Hi, I have searched the forums for a solution to remove the masthead from the North theme (i’m using the baseline template), but the solutions I have found don’t work. Is there an up to date solution? Also I would also like to add a contact form to the hero. How would I do that,…
