Bug with inserted images in Livemesh Tab Widget

Good morning, just updated Site Origin Page builder and tried to replace an image in Livemesh Tab Widget - first there was no success after actualization of the page, second I deleted the original image and tried to insert the new one - also no success, the image is not shown and completely gone.
