question about default image size in blog post

hi, I’m using Site Origin Vantage theme for my WordPress website, it’s good to use. Everytime when I insert new picture into blog post, the default image size is “Medium 300 x 300”. It’s too small for me, and I need to change every picture size to larger manually (by clicking the image pencil logo).…
