Updated WordPress to 4.8.3 and full width/stretched not working

Hi, I just updated wordpress to the latest version (4.8.3) and my site displays fine in Firefox (mac), however it does not display full width anymore in Chrome (Mac & PC), Safari (Mac,) or IE. Any idea how to fix this? The page will initially show full width, but as the page completes the sides…

Having an odd thing happen after updating to wordpress 4.8.2. There’s a large gap under the siteorigin slider when loading the page (www.sycuan.com) on all browsers. When I re-fresh the page it usually goes away, but haven’t been able to pinpoint why it’s happening at all. Screen shot of example: https://imgur.com/a/WqkQU
