Vantage – Main Image Resizing

I have a question about your Vantage theme. When I resize my browser window, the top banner part cuts off most of my image. Is there a way to stop this? Is there a way to just make that picture resize and not the window it holds it in? Go to: http://thelogod.ipower.com/DGGT/ You will see…
