widgets from page builder not appearing

hi im trying to select and use a layout premade in the page builder section, but everytime I try to choose one the widgets dont appear with the message “The widget SiteOrigin_Widget_Hero_Widget is not available.” Iv installed and update our siteorigin widgets bundle plugin, im not sure why its not working. Can you help please?
