Menu bar went haywire

Well, this is ugly. I added a menu item to my website, http://dgregscott.com, and the menu bar decided not to keep any menu items inside any kind of heirarchy at all – it just blasts a page full of menus and submenus and no content. What did I do badly and how do I fix…
