Hero Image works in preview but not Irl

Hi. Im using the page builder to create a Hero image on a page. I´ve set the page at full width attribute and using the shapely wordpress theme. It looks really great when I preview the changes but when I publish, the Hero image-banner get really small, the button inside don´t show (just the text…
