Contact Us Extra Map Displayed

Good Day, I have used the maps widget. I have the normal contact us form and added 2 google maps below as I have 2 addresses. How Ever there are 3 maps displayed on my page ? http://www.sauta.co.za/my-front-page/contact-us/ The one on the right hand side I do not want there but I can not find…
