How to defer SiteOrigin CSS to the footer

Hi, I’ve been trying to erradicate all render blocking JS and CSS on my site and I’ve hit a snag with: /wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/css/front-flex.css It currently loads in the header and I’ve been trying to get it to load in the footer but I can’t work out what to change in the core files. Any help would…
