Vantage Free: sticky menu bar sticks out beyond page on scrolling up

I built websites for two small nonprofits/charities using Vantage Free. When I select Theme Settings>Layout>Responsive Layout, the sticky main menu bar sticks out to the right beyond the page boundary when scrolling up and the menu bar touches the top of the browser window (see carsonnm.org).
