Menu on Top Vantage Premium

Hello, I have the Vantage Premium theme (couldn’ figure out how to indicate that when posting to the support forum) I’m working on a new site design at www.perceptionspecialist.com. I would like to have the menu at the top and then the image that is currently set as the masthead background image immediately below it…
