Import Consultant Site Pack fails

I have downloaded the zip from https://siteorigin.com/pack/consultant/ I created a clean new install of wordpress (4.7.2) I imported the zip and run the installer The theme North is installed with all the siteorigin pluggins The homepage is empty – There is no content (pages, posts or media) None of the example text, images and setup…
