Menu and slider are over lapping

portion of the top of my slider image is hidden under my menu. how can I make sure my slider image top has 0 padding with the bottom of my menu. By menu I don’t mean masthead, I mean my main menu bare and all fo the links in it. www.yonahealth.com I can not get…
