Page Builder Tab Missing!

When editing any of my pages all I get are the ‘Visual’ & ‘Text’ tabs, the ‘Page Builder’ tab is not showing. I do not have any other plugins installed except Siteorigin CC and Siteorigin widgets as suggested. I tried using both the ‘Sydney’ and ‘Vantage’ themes. I also cleared all my browser cache but…
