Can get to the footer sidebar!

I am fairly new to wordpress and siteorigins. I have been working on a draft website: http://www.pulsarsound.xyz As I was incrementally tweaking the design, I did edit the footer sidebar at some point. Now I cannot re-edit it! How can I edit the bottom ‘CONTACT’ row, just above the footer? Why is it not visible…
