Shortcode won’t work in page builder

I am currently using the Event Planner Pro plugin and I cannot get the shortcode [events_planner display=”list-class”] to work or show at all using page builder. It works fine on any other page without the page builder. This is the third plugin I have tried to use that does not seem to be compatible with…
