Row not Stretching Full-Width

Hi. I am trying to build a page with the Genesis Flex Pro Theme. When I select full-width or full-width stretch for the row, the content is still constrained and does not stretch across the page. It works when selecting just 1 column with an image for the row, but for 2 columns, it is…
