Text not saving in SiteOrigin Hero

Hello, I am new to web development and this is probably a fairly simple question. I am using a prebuilt Hero Layout for may page and when I got to enter in my own text it won’t save to the page. It either comes out blank or with the old text. Any ideas on how…
