broken javascript error page builder

Hi, i´m sorry for my english…but i need a help I install Page Builder 2.4.13 and the buttons in configuration (general, widgets, layout, etc) do not appear, only a “links”, but doesn´t work. I using a Windows Server 2008, WordPress 4.6. Do not have any other plugin installed. Please, i need some help!!! I have…
