Remove spam links

Hello, my page was fine for some years but now there are some spam link in menus – and only on mobile version (name Cialis, Zoloft best price,…). How can I remove it or rename it to my previous menu? All plugins are from WordPress. I also delete theme and reinstall it. URL: http://www.femf.si Br,…
