How to show newest post with excerpt with widget/pagebuilder?

Hello! I have the Vantage theme installed and recommended site origin widgets. How could I display the newest blog post’s featured image with an excerpt? Currently, I’m using Post Loop with the slider setting to show one of my blog categories which is fine for that, but I don’t see a way to just show…
