Page Builder is not working on my Theme Zero

Hi Alex, With my theme “Zero” wordpress Version 4.5.3. But when I click on the “undefined” tab it does take me to Page Builder, but the main problem right now is that it seems I cannot add anything like rows, widgets, or prebuilt layouts.
