Database migration issues – pagebuilder broken

I know this is well documented but I moved the site before I knew anything about this. I’m assuming it hasn’t been solved yet because I haven’t seen any updates saying so, but I may have a clue if the cause of this is still unknown. After cloning the site and using the velvet blues…
