Button links to a row-id doesn’t work fine!

Hello friends, I have a one-page site (North theme) with a button in a hero widget. The button links to a row-id, like in my menu (as described in the video). When clicking on the button, the page doesn’t scroll down but go straight to the middle on the page (and not the beginning of…
