Page builder broken after WordPress update 4.5.3

I have just updated WordPress to 4.5.3 and page builder has disappeared from all of my pages. I have seen others have had this issue but can’t see a solution. The plugin is still active but on each page, the page builder button along the top has disappeared and now it only says “visual” and…
